My client prides themselves on a collaborative work environment, creative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join the team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Newly Qualified Architect role:
- Assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using CAD, BIM, and other design software.
- Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetic, and meet client requirements.
- Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing input and assisting in resolving design and technical issues.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications, technical documentation, and construction detailing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements for this Newly Qualified Architect role:
