My client, an established architectural practice in Birmingham, is seeking a Healthcare Architect to join their growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare schemes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect with strong technical expertise and healthcare sector experience to become part of a collaborative practice offering hybrid working, long-term progression, and involvement across a range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Healthcare Architect role
- Deliver healthcare projects through multiple RIBA stages from concept through to completion.
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors throughout the construction phase.
- Manage workloads, deadlines and contribute to project programming.
- Support the development of healthcare schemes while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
Key Requirements for this Healthcare Architect role
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience delivering healthcare projects within a UK architectural practice.
