My client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Bedford.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages, working within a collaborative team on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role
Assist in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Produce high-quality drawings, visualisations and presentation material to support planning and design proposals.
Prepare planning application packages and technical drawing information.
Work closely with architects, consultants and clients to ensure projects progress efficiently.
Support project teams throughout a range of RIBA work stages.
Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings where required.
Ensure work complies with UK Building Regulations, planning policies and industry best practice.
Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions throughout the design process.
Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role
RIBA Part 2 qualified.
Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential.
Sketch Up experience is desirable.
Desirable experience working on Residential projects.
Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations.
Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
