Aztrum is delighted to be representing an award-winning firm that is seeking a passionate and driven Architectural Technologist to contribute to a variety of exciting Sports & Leisure and Defense projects.
Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
Leading and coordinating education projects at all stages
Creating detailed working and tender drawings
Submitting planning and building regulation applications
Conducting site surveys and visits to ensure compliance
Collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authoritiesKey Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Strong experience in a UK-based practice
Proven experience in the education sector
Skilled in Revit
Familiarity with UK Building Regulations
