Aztrum is pleased to be partnering with a respected London-based architecture studio known for its thoughtful and design-led approach to residential and community projects. As the practice continues to grow, they’re looking for a talented Architect to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the creative process, especially in the early design stages, and has a strong attention to detail. You will need solid experience using AutoCAD and Revit, along with a proven ability to take projects from concept through to delivery. Key responsibilities for this Architect role include:

  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to construction, encompassing design development, documentation, and contract administration.
  • Handle client relations while managing project budgets, schedules, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Perform site visits to conduct surveys, monitor progress, and address on-site issues.

What we’re looking for in this Architect role:

  • Accredited Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture with ARB registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in architectural practice with a track record of delivering successful projects within the Education sector.
  • Skilled in Revit.
  • Demonstrates strong abilities in design, communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, effective time management, and a commitment to sustainable, high-quality design.
