The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying opportunities to introduce additional IT solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships and helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell managed IT services, cloud, Microsoft 365, cyber security and infrastructure solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements
  • Work closely with technical consultants to provide the best solutions for clients
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, IT Sales or Business Development role
  • Experience within an MSP, IT reseller or technology solutions environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and developing long-term client relationships
