The business delivers a broad portfolio of services across managed IT, cloud solutions, cyber security, and Microsoft technologies, earning a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven Account Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio. You’ll focus on strengthening long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand accounts through additional IT services and strategic solutions.
Working alongside internal technical and delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in developing tailored strategies that support clients’ business growth and technology goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing business clients
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts across managed IT, cloud, and cyber security services
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Conducting regular account reviews to maximise client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Driving revenue growth through proactive account development and upselling opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in account management within IT services, MSP, or technology environments
- Strong understanding of managed services, cloud technologies, and cyber security solutions
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to grow and develop client accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
