General Manager – Logistics
Hertfordshire (Multi-Site Role) | Circa £55,000 + Car Allowance
Aztek Logistics is an award-winning, family-run logistics company with a reputation for excellence, reliability, and outstanding customer service since 2003. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a General Manager to lead operations across our three sites in Hertfordshire.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced 3PL environment . You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations , team leadership , and strategic planning to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise multi-site operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams
- Manage warehousing, transport, and fleet performance
- Drive efficiency, compliance, and health & safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Chair key meetings and report directly to the Directors
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a senior logistics management role (3PL preferred)
- A proven leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Strong operational, financial, and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
