The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of this position is to assist with the board governance services, predominantly comprising a minutes focused project for a key strategic client of Aztec under the direction of the Client Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the co-ordination of all aspects of a large project relating to fund services board and committee minutes.
- Drafting and reviewing board and committee minutes to a high standard.
- Ensuring that the service level agreement turnaround times for production and finalisation of minutes are adhered to.
- Undertake routine and office clerical tasks where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other business contacts.
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- The candidate will be ideally qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
- Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy).
- Proficient in minute writing to a high level.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management required.
- Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
