Reports to the Operational Support Manager. As an Administrator, you will be part of a team committed to providing our clients, both internally and externally, the best possible service. This role is key in providing support to the smooth and effective running of the Functional Operations and Static Data team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide efficient and effective support in monitoring incoming work requests via various channels.
  • Ensure task manager fields are updated correctly (dates, SLA’s, sub-types and matter codes).
  • Manage the workload by assigning tasks to the Administrators for completion.
  • Collaborate closely with FOSD managers.
  • Create and maintain system access requests for all team members and new joiners.
  • Create Tasks when required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by your manager.
