We are now looking for a proactive and insight-led Employee Listening Manager to join our Culture & Engagement team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role is central to delivering Aztec’s employee listening strategy—ensuring we continue to capture, interpret, and act on employee feedback in a way that strengthens our culture and supports our people strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design, execution and insights of our employee listening programme and play a key role in the transition from our current survey tool to Workday Peakon.

  • Lead/own and manage the end-to-end delivery of our employee survey calendar (quarterly employee surveys, and ad hoc), including survey strategy, plan, design, configuration, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop, in collaboration with Internal Communications team, an engaging communication plan that drives understanding and participation in our surveys. – Work with Internal Communications team to capture and consolidate employees sentiment combining the survey data with other listening channels (i.e. TownHalls. Leadership meetings, leaders coffee chats, etc.)
  • Translate data into meaningful insights, working in collaboration with People Analytics teams, to identify key insights to better understand what matters most for our people
  • Support the cascade of insights to the business through engaging storytelling and strategic messaging.
  • Partner with Leadership and People Partners to drive action planning and accountability, providing engagement consultancy based on data to drive positive change

Peakon Implementation & Enablement

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Peakon implementation, leading the transition to our new employee listening solution in our Workday platform, and ensuring alignment with Aztec’s listening strategy. Actions will include:
  • Articulate the strategy and requirements driving future employee listening experience
  • Input SME knowledge in the design process regarding process, experience, data, reporting etc and review configuration playback
  • Support stakeholder engagement and change management plans
  • Participate in testing and post-implementation support.

What we\’re looking for

  • Experience in Employee Engagement, employee surveys, and HR insights roles, ideally within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into compelling insights and actions.
  • Hands-on working knowledge with survey platforms (e.g. Culture Amp and/or Peakon), Peakon implementation experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving culture and engagement through data and storytelling.
