Aztec Landscapes is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing business at an exciting stage of development.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape our in‑house estimating function from the ground up, giving you the autonomy to implement systems, influence strategy, and make a lasting impact on the business.

The Role
You’ll lead the pricing and submission of landscaping and civils tenders, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure profitable projects and drive business growth.
About You
- Proven estimating experience within landscaping and/or civils.
- Strong commercial and cost-planning skills.
- Experienced in managing multiple tenders.
- Confident engaging with supply chain partners and clients.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and excited by the opportunity to build something long‑term.
- Location
Hybrid working between Home, South Coast HQ, and London sites.
