We are seeking an experienced Landscaping & Civils Project Manager to lead delivery on a principal contractor site in Elephant & Castle. The role will oversee hard and soft landscaping packages alongside Section 278 works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site landscaping (hard & soft) and Section 278 works.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, supervising 20+ operatives and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, RAMS, and company procedures.
  • Programme planning, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.
  • Liaise with client, main contractor, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Manage materials, logistics, and site resources efficiently.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specification and design intent.
  • Resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and disruption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing landscaping and civils packages on major projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hard landscaping, soft landscaping, and S278 works.
  • Ability to lead and motivate large site teams (20+ personnel).
  • Highly computer literate (Excel, project planning software, reporting tools).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid preferred.
