You’ll be trusted with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, tailoring your working pattern between a South Coast office, London sites and home, while pricing and securing high-value hard and soft landscaping and associated civils packages across residential, commercial and public-sector developments. Projects typically range from £500k to £10m, offering both variety and technical challenge, and the successful candidate will play a key role in influencing bid strategy, commercial approach and overall success.
Key requirements:
- Demonstrable success in pricing and winning large-scale landscaping and/or civils tenders.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven pricing and cost-planning expertise.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of supply-chain procurement and subcontractor negotiation.
- Proven experience identifying risk, opportunity and value-engineering solutions.
- Confident communicator when engaging with clients, consultants and internal teams.
