This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Estimator to join an established business during an exciting period of growth and development. The role offers genuine scope to shape and mould the position, take real ownership of the estimating function, and grow professionally alongside the company. You’ll be trusted with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, tailoring your working pattern between a South Coast office, London sites and home, while pricing and securing high-value hard and soft landscaping and associated civils packages across residential, commercial and public-sector developments. Projects typically range from £500k to £10m, offering both variety and technical challenge, and the successful candidate will play a key role in influencing bid strategy, commercial approach and overall success.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in pricing and winning large-scale landscaping and/or civils tenders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven pricing and cost-planning expertise.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of supply-chain procurement and subcontractor negotiation.
  • Proven experience identifying risk, opportunity and value-engineering solutions.
  • Confident communicator when engaging with clients, consultants and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, with excellent time and deadline management.
