Aztec Landscapes are looking for a Project Manager role with the below attributes for an immediate start at our PC project in Bermondsey. This is a full time role, working in conjunction and unison with the current project team. The project runs to 2028 and there will be a continuation of work after this.
- Highly experienced in Civils projects
- Managing and overseeing – Piling, excavations, attenuation tanks, drainage systems, working around live services, temporary works and groundworks.
- Ideally with landscaping knowledge
- Experience with working in conjunction with Network Rail and Utility Providers
- Experience with applications to the above parties to coordinate the works from start to finish
- Experienced in coordinating sub-contractors, reviewing safe systems of works, RAMS and coordinating trades
- SMSTS required
- TWC Qualification required
- Appointed Person would be preferential
