We are seeking a warm and friendly Receptionist to provide an exceptional and professional welcome to all our visitors. This position is on a temporary basis for up to 12 months. As Receptionist at our purpose-built Head Office, you will become a member of our family who helps us create amazing experiences for our visitors through delivering warm hospitality in every interaction.
Your day to day will involve:
- Providing a warm, friendly and memorable welcome to all team members and Head Office visitors, which includes suppliers, visitors and team members from other Daniel Thwaites sites.
- Overseeing our Reception desk and area, ensuring a professional image at all times.
- Answering incoming calls, relaying and directing messages in a prompt and timely manner.
- Providing support to the Customer Contact team with general administration duties, including processing orders, managing the post room and booking meeting rooms.

As the first point of contact for all our visitors, your warm and friendly personality will shine through to deliver a memorable welcome. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills along with a great eye for detail and quality to ensure the smooth operation of the Reception area. You will be self-driven and motivated to ensure tasks are completed and will often work alone throughout the day.
