Reports to the Financial Reporting Manager

The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the guidance of your Financial Reporting Manager. You will work as part of a small team, collaborating closely with Fund and Senior Fund Accountants.

What you\’ll be doing

1. Assist with all aspects of bookkeeping for funds, management companies, and associated structures.
2. Assist with accounting matters, including preparing, reconciling, and reviewing investor reports, financial statements, and responding to investor requests.
3. Help complete routine audit queries.
4. Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and gather supporting documentation for transactions.
5. Maintain accurate records on eFront and Excel working papers for bookkeeping.
6. Assist in preparing and reconciling tax returns.

What we\’re looking for

1. Relevant A-Levels, Degree, or equivalent experience.
2. A desire to pursue a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA.
3. Good computer skills and interpersonal abilities.
4. An analytical mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
