About the role

Kick start your career with the Aztec Group! We’re looking for Graduates and College leavers to join the team based at our Southampton office in Whiteley, Fareham. Assessment Day

Should your application be successful, you may receive an invitation to attend our Assessment Day held at our Southampton office in April 2026. Aztec will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
