We are looking for a driven institutional distribution professional who wants real ownership, real impact, and exposure to top-tier European private equity mandates from Day 1. This is a hands-on role focused on institutional LP coverage and capital raising execution across Europe, within a highly selective, performance-oriented advisory platform.
We are a specialist European placement and advisory firm focused on lower mid-market private equity and co-investments, operating a lean mandate model where quality, accountability, and results matter.
Responsibilities:- Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional LPs across Europe
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LPs throughout and beyond live fundraising cycles
- Drive LP outreach, follow-ups, coordination, and allocation discussions across PE funds, independent sponsors, and co-investments
- Maintain deep insight into LP preferences, pacing, constraints, and decision-making processes
- Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to GPs to help shape fundraising strategy
- Own and continuously refine LP mapping across assigned geographies
- Background from a placement agent, in-house GP, or institutional investment team with demonstrable LP exposure
- Strong commercial instincts, polished communication style, and the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance environment
- Fluency in German is ideal; Nordic languages are a strong plus
Pure distribution role with ownership of high-quality, curated mandates. 12+ year track record in European private markets. Flat structure with direct access to founders and decision-makers.
