Azotic Technologies Ltd is a fast‑growing international agri‑tech scale‑up. We’re hiring a Legal & HR Officer to own day‑to‑day HR operations and legal execution across the Group. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for an experienced paralegal or legal operations professional who wants real ownership and visibility in a VC‑backed growth business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Legal operations and commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements)
  • Governance, equity admin (Vestd), and fundraising support

About you:

  • 3–10 years’ experience in legal ops / paralegal / HR‑legal roles
  • Strong employment and commercial contract exposure
  • Comfortable operating independently in a scaling organisation
