The opportunity
We’re hiring a Legal & HR Officer to take a central role in building the infrastructure of a fast-growing, global business. This is not a siloed role; you’ll be working across legal, HR, commercial and governance, partnering directly with senior leadership and playing a visible role in Azotic’s next phase of growth. You will help shape how we scale from people and culture through to contracts, compliance and international expansion.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving legal operations, governance, and investor documentation
- Supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, distribution agreements, MSAs)
- Supporting global expansion, including regulatory and compliance coordination
- Leading day-to-day HR operations across an international team
- Owning employment contracts, onboarding, and performance processes
- Managing and improving HR systems, policies, and frameworks
- Working closely with Finance, the CEO/CFO, and external advisors

- Strong grounding in commercial contracts
