We are a niche legal and business affairs consultancy to the live events, festivals and venues industry. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing team as a Corporate Law Consultant, advising some of the leading names in the live entertainment sector on a range of corporate law matters.

We are a virtual/hybrid office (with a physical location at Tileyard North, Wakefield) so you will be able to work remotely and flexibly from wherever in the UK you choose whilst being connected to the rest of the team through our tri-weekly team video calls, monthly in-person meet-ups, regular individual catch ups and quarterly social get-togethers.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, commercially-minded and experienced corporate solicitor
  • Ability to manage a varied workload across transactional and non-transactional matters
  • Oversee more junior team members who will support transaction delivery

Our clients range from solopreneurs to private equity funded companies to large corporates.
