Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and grow a care service in Croydon. Delivering over 100 hours of care per week, this care service is now expanding their visiting care and launching live-in care services. This is a hands-on role with full operational responsibility and leadership of a small, dedicated team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day operations and on-call
- Lead care planning, assessments, and audits
- Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance
- Support business growth alongside the owner
What you’ll need:
- Registered Manager or similar experience
- Strong leadership and compliance knowledge
- Home care background – ready to hit the ground running
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
