Azoma, a Series A company building the Agentic Commerce Optimisation category, is hiring its first Head of People in the UK. You will design the hiring engine, performance systems, and people operations from near scratch, then scale to support London, Toronto, and US expansion.
Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with founders to define the 12-month org structure, implement consistent hiring standards, and create scalable people infrastructure across international teams.
