The Role
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in scaling Azoma’s inbound marketing engine. You’ll work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to execute high-quality content, create compelling visual assets, and help grow Azoma’s presence across social media, AI search, and other key brand channels. This is a practical, execution-focused role with real ownership, designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn modern B2B marketing at the cutting edge of AI, SaaS, and enterprise growth. No previous marketing experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Content & Creative Execution
- Assist with the design and production of marketing assets, including sales decks, whitepapers, one-pagers, social posts, ads, and infographics
- Support the creation, editing, and publishing of content for the Azoma website
- Ensure all content is visually polished, clearly written, and aligned with enterprise buyer expectations
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats for social, email, and other owned channels
- AI Search & Inbound Growth
- Support initiatives to improve Azoma’s visibility across AI search engines and LLM-powered discovery tools
- Assist with content creation and optimisation to increase Azoma’s share of mentions across LLMs
- Use Azoma’s platform to monitor content performance and help identify outreach opportunities with relevant publications
- Thought Leadership & Distribution
- Help create thought leadership content across Azoma’s blog, social channels, and email
- Support content distribution to ensure ideas reach the right audiences
- Brand & Marketing Operations
- Maintain consistency in Azoma’s brand voice and visual identity
- Support campaign planning and execution from ideation through to launch
- Help manage content calendars, asset requests, and internal documentation
- Contribute ideas for new formats, experiments, and channels
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Comfortable creating polished assets using Canva or similar tools
- High attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with no-code website tools such as Framer or Webflow
- A basic understanding of AI search and/or traditional SEO fundamentals
