The Role
We're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who brings deep Amazon marketplace expertise to help scale our enterprise client operations. You'll be the bridge between our AI optimization technology and client success, ensuring flawless execution of high-value programs for global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver optimization projects on time and within scope
- Develop and refine operational workflows for enterprise-scale deployments
- Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable client recommendations
- Build strong relationships with brand managers and digital teams at major FMCG companies
- Contribute to product development based on client feedback and market needs
What We're Looking For
