About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you\’ll work closely with our senior sales and marketing team, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential business skills.

You\’ll be at the frontline of customer interaction understanding needs, offering solutions, and learning how to build relationships that drive results.

  • You will be Mentored by our experienced by our senior team, learning the essential skills required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will gain hands-on experience interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the best products/services to meet their requirements.
  • Engaging with customers, building rapport, and representing the company in a professional manner
  • Gaining experience in the business development realm, sales strategies, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers and clients in a professional, friendly manner

  • Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing campaigns

  • Assist in daily sales and operational tasks

  • Support customer onboarding and handle queries

  • Contribute to the team\’s sales goals and growth targets

  • Learn how to train, motivate, and lead others as you progress

  • Develop skills in sales, business and leadership development within the first 1-3 months
