We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales professional to join our sales team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate should be able to generate sales by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities in the market and building excellent client relationships.
- Maximizing sales by leading and training the team to achieve pre-set targets.
- Identifying the team's weaknesses and strengths and taking corrective actions accordingly.
- Assisting in building up the sales teams in respect to team size, territories, projects, training needs, target assignments, motivation exercises, and setting KPIs accordingly.
- Motivating, supporting, and closely monitoring the performance of the sales team ethically and participating in setting related incentives.
- Identifying results and reporting them to the Sales Leaders periodically.
- Planning, designing, and conducting appropriate selling schemes for each property that falls under his/her business responsibility.
- Participating in key result areas and key performance indicator (KPIs) review processes to establish areas of improvement.
- Maintaining a high professional and ethical profile in line with the company standards.
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of the local and regional real estate market and passing it to the entire team in a transparent manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma in sales or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of work experience within sales functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Director with a Real Estate Developer in home country and UAE.
- Strong experience in managing the sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in sales functions with excellent business sense and knowledge.
- Able to keep a close eye on market trends and propose corrective actions accordingly.
