The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing team and help us build meaningful relationships with creators and our community. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience across influencer marketing, social media, events and other marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on initiatives across social media, influencer campaigns, and events
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns including launches, promotions, and collaborations
- Research, identify, and manage influencer and UGC creator profiles, maintaining accurate records in the CRM
- Support influencer outreach, communication, contracts, briefing, and gifting logistics
- Work with a network of UGC creators to source high-quality, on-brand content
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
- Support community management across organic social channels to boost engagement
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content and campaign ideas
- Assist with content shoots, including preparation, shot lists, and coordination
- Support event marketing initiatives, including guest lists, RSVPs, and on-the-day logistics
Requirements
- Experience and strong interest in social media and/or influencer marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and digital marketing fundamentals
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
- Comfortable using platforms like Instagram and TikTok

- Video editing skills
- Design experience using tools like Canva or Figma
