Azets Group is acquiring a business and requires Integration Management services to deliver post-acquisition integration in-line with the Group Integration Playbook.
Key Objectives
- Develop and deliver integration milestones on time and within agreed timeframes.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies effectively, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to deliver Day 1 and value realisation.
- Establish Monday.com as the single source of truth for the plan and RAID.
- Track synergies and provide accurate, timely reporting of the Integration to the Regional Integration Lead, SteerCo and Sponsors.
Scope of Services
- Planning: Develop and baseline integration project plan(s) per acquisition; maintain versions and change control.
- Governance: Set up and run workstream stand-ups and SteerCo cadence; prepare packs, minutes and action logs.
- RAID & dependencies: Maintain RAID log, decision log and dependency map; coordinate mitigations; manage escalations.
- Benefits: Establish synergy baseline, track forecasts vs. actuals; surface variances and recovery actions.
- Comms & change: Draft and review internal comms and change materials for approval; coordinate briefings and onboarding activities.
- Regulatory & compliance: Coordinate delivery of regulatory/contractual obligations; log playbook exceptions and approvals.
- Handover & closure: Prepare lessons learned and BAU handover pack; confirm acceptance from functional owners and SteerCo.
Key Deliverables
- Integrated project plan delivered via Monday.com and visual presentations with critical path and dependencies, accepted when baselined and approved by Regional Integration Lead.
- RAID & decision logs maintained weekly with compliance on escalation within timeframes (24h log/2h escalation).
- SteerCo reporting pack (weekly/fortnightly/monthly as agreed), accepted when submitted by agreed deadline and approved in SteerCo.
- Synergy register with baseline and variance commentary, accepted when reconciled with Finance and signed off monthly.
- Day 1 readiness checklist and Go/No-Go record, accepted when all critical items are green or explicitly waived by sponsor.
- BAU handover and lessons learned report, accepted when function owners acknowledge receipt, no critical actions remain open and SteerCo approve.
Key Success Metrics
- Milestones: >95% delivered on time / within agreed timeframe.
- RAID: Items logged within 24 hours; high risks escalated within 2 hours; closure rate vs the plan.
- Stakeholder satisfaction: NPS >[agreed] at cadence checkpoints.
- Synergy tracking accuracy: variance to forecast within agreed range inclusive of transparent assumptions.
- Playbook adherence: >100% checklist completion; all exceptions documented and approved.
