Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director, the role of Senior Growth Enablement Executive is to support the business in the achievement of the goals and targets associated with the Azets Value Creation Plan and Pathway.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Regional Business Development Director to assist with the preparation of the regional growth plan.
  • Carry out targeted research on prospects and clients.
  • Manage pro‑active touch points with prospects and introducers to help with organic business growth.
  • Attend the growth meetings to discuss the office/region pipeline and go through action points from previous meetings.
  • Help ensure all inbounds are dealt with, updated and logged on Salesforce.
  • Provide partners with additional research on inbounds where required.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure all our events reach their full potential.
  • Ensure we are provided with lists from events and link any attendees/opportunities to relevant campaigns.
  • Discuss follow‑up plans in BD meetings or offices.
  • Monitor campaigns – supporting RSLH’s and RBDD (e.g., IHT).
  • Originate and win work personally through their own network or by nurturing targets via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Link with our Events/admin team to support coordination of the local seminar programme.
  • Produce Introducer Presentations for the office Team on Teams to save on Partner chargeable time.
  • Provide proposal support for larger ABAS/non‑complex Audit tenders.
  • Assist with Short Form Proposals/Pitches.
  • Monitor and report on events/business development spend, and use relevant campaigns on Salesforce records and monitor return on event/business development spend.
  • Monitor Key Targets via Google Alerts (or similar).
  • Link with SF champions within regional offices to ensure data integrity.
  • Any other duties that may be required to ensure the Growth and Sales Team fulfils its objectives under the Azets UK ambitious Growth pillar of the Pathway.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Can create dashboards with a good understanding of how to extract data to provide meaningful information.
  • Good data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being a champion of excellence in client experience, in dealing respectfully with the wide range of internal stakeholders within the business.
