Key Accountabilities

The opportunity

• Own and manage a client portfolio with higher-level responsibilities, oversee your team’s portfolios, and contribute to workflow planning
• Deliver revenue and profitability targets
• Foster enduring client relationships
• Develop and inspire our smarter people plan

Day-to-day duties

• Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliver R&D client services to a high standard
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach and awareness of technical risks through well-supported research
• Increase your client base through organized business development activities such as networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer relationships
• Provide technical advice and support to colleagues regarding innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies

What are we looking for?

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualification
• Experience working across multiple industries is advantageous
• Strong corporate tax background in an accountancy environment, with proven experience in R&D claims
• Technical knowledge and research skills in complex tax legislation
