About Us Each region has a Senior Operations Manager who liaises with the Office Support Teams and Operations Directors to deliver a range of service provisions, ensuring the most efficient running of operations and Azets sites.

The role includes:

  • Timesheet Management: Assist Senior Operations Managers in ensuring that timesheets are completed on time across all offices in the South, Central, and West regions. Follow up with team members via email or phone to remind them of deadlines.
  • Work In Progress (WIP) Management: Ensure that all Inter database recharging is processed correctly and reaches WIP.
  • Document Creation and Maintenance: Create and update documents using the Microsoft Office suite, maintaining high standards of formatting, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Azets Document Management System: Demonstrate proficiency in using CCH document management system to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Provide assistance for various ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Team Support: Respond to and action general requests from team members as needed.
  • Practice Economic Sessions: Assist in delivering and ensuring understanding of Practice Economic sessions at a local level for all staff.
  • CCH System Compliance: Drive the adoption of CCH system usage, including providing additional training as necessary. Collaborate with the CCH team to ensure compliance with Azets’ agreed usage of the system.
  • Reporting Support: Assist with providing reporting support for teams, as required.
  • Central Task Coordination: Help coordinate the roll-out of central tasks and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Utilisation Monitoring: Monitor staff utilisation and assist in identifying underperformers.
  • Property Team Liaison: Liaise with the Azets UK Property team regarding property-related tasks.
