Role & Responsibilities
- Provide senior oversight of all VAT advice across the region and contribute to national VAT initiatives.
- Lead and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted VAT advisor.
- Deliver high-quality, pragmatic VAT advice across a broad range of industries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the VAT team, ensuring high standards and progression.
- Drive cross-service line collaboration and revenue growth across VAT and indirect tax services.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years’ experience specialising in VAT / indirect tax, ideally within a professional services environment.
- CTA qualified or equivalent experience gained within an established VAT practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of VAT and the wider indirect tax landscape, including International Trade.
- Ability to explain complex VAT matters clearly and commercially.
- Proven track record of developing long-term client relationships and leading teams.
