  • Benefits: Establish synergy baseline, track forecasts vs. actuals; surface variances and recovery actions.
  • Comms & change: Draft and review internal communications and change materials for approval; coordinate briefings and onboarding activities.
  • Regulatory & compliance: Coordinate delivery of regulatory/contractual obligations; log playbook exceptions and approvals.
  • Handover & closure: Prepare lessons learned and BAU handover pack; confirm acceptance from functional owners and SteerCo.

Key Deliverables

  • Integrated project plan delivered via Monday.com and visual presentations with critical path and dependencies, accepted when baselined and approved by the Regional Integration Lead.
  • RAID & decision logs maintained weekly with compliance on escalation within timeframes (24 h log / 2 h escalation).
  • SteerCo reporting pack (weekly/fortnightly/monthly as agreed), accepted when submitted by the agreed deadline and approved in SteerCo.
  • Synergy register with baseline and variance commentary, accepted when reconciled with Finance and signed off monthly.
  • Day 1 readiness checklist and Go/No‑Go record, accepted when all critical items are green or explicitly waived by sponsor.
  • BAU handover and lessons learned report, accepted when function owners acknowledge receipt, no critical actions remain open and SteerCo approves.

Key Success Metrics

  • Milestones: >95% delivered on time / within agreed timeframe.
  • RAID: Items logged within 24 h; high risks escalated within 2 h; closure rate vs. the plan.
