How You’ll Add Value
- You will drive sales activities in your territory, build lasting relationships with academic and biotech clients, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and take ownership of your accounts from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies with guidance from your manager.
- Independently manage sales cycles in academic and biotech environments.
- Organize and lead client-facing events (e.g. vendor shows, lunch & learns).
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospects professionally.
- Use CRM systems to manage customer data and project information.
- Prepare territory reports and support account planning.
- Qualify marketing leads from campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with field reps and contribute to cross-functional sales initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in biotech, lab services, or academic supply.
