Job Description
Temporary 3 months
We currently have a temporary opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join our committed and hardworking international team. Working as part of our international Talent Acquisition team, the Internal Recruiter will be responsible for all elements of the recruitment process, directly sourcing and qualifying candidates for our Life Science Manufacturing business.
Your challenges
- Filling positions through qualified full-cycle recruiting, mainly in the areas of Life Sciences. Sourcing talent using direct sourcing methods with the best in class tools. Promote and develop a strong employer brand and online presence.
- Ownership of assigned job postings and special projects within the team, strategic planning and implementation of improvement activities in line with our employer branding.
- Partner with and coach hiring managers to promote a company-wide approach to recruitment, continuously improve and refine the recruitment process.
- Work with our candidate management tool in Workday.
Your profile
- BA/BS degree and/or HR qualification.
- Proven background in direct sourcing, within Life sciences, Engineering or Manufacturing sector. Experience of working at a fast pace, within set timelines and deadlines. Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.
- In house experience within a multi-national business/matrix structure is preferred.
- Experience in the use of Workday is highly advantageous.
- Expertise in interviewing skills and relationship management at all levels of a business.
