You will manage customer quality issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
The role requires a scientific or engineering degree, experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices, Lean expertise, and proficiency with 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Excel.
ISO13485/ISO9001 knowledge is preferred.
