Location: Wotton, Surrey, UK. Onsite presence required four days per week (Monday to Thursday).

Role Summary

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) partners with business leaders to analyse, design, and improve work processes by leveraging the Oracle Cloud ERP system, focusing on Supply Chain Management modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning). The BSA acts as the subject‑matter expert for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, advising on process improvements and technical solutions, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage business and system requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Configure and test new features to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment of solutions to production.
  • Track status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training materials.
  • Provide end‑user support, including issue resolution and root‑cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with external consultant partners to resolve production issues and support ongoing implementation initiatives.
  • Assess complex supply chain business problems to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate measurable outcomes and sustain change initiatives across global supply chain operations.
  • Partner with SMEs across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management and Quality.
  • Define and maintain specifications for reports and application changes.
  • Support acquisition integrations including configurations and data conversions.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the internal software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing process improvement (Life Sciences preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning).
  • Experience implementing systems supporting supply chain processes.
  • Ability to optimise business processes and recommend new flows.
  • Experience with LEAN continuous improvement methodology (desirable).
  • Experience writing SQL queries to quantify and troubleshoot data‑related issues (desirable).
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptable and quick learner.
