The Import & Export Compliance Analyst supports global trade operations by ensuring compliant, efficient, and cost-effective movement of materials, equipment, and products across international borders. The role focuses on Import/Export documentation, regulatory compliance (globally) and coordination with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. The Analyst plays a critical role in enabling timely delivery of shipments while safeguarding regulatory adherence. This position will report directly to the Import/Export Global Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all import and export activities adhere to relevant trade laws.
  • Facilitate sanctioned party list screening processes and escalate compliance risks where necessary.
  • Work in conjunction with external partners, including customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies such as BIS, CBP, and DDTC.
  • Primary focus on broker interaction, approval to ship, invoice approval and clearance instructions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for all Import/Export transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in logistics and Import/Export trade compliance.
