We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Event Specialists to support our bridal pop-up events in London, United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing pop-up events in the UK cities
- Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners, including venues, logistics, equipment providers, and temporary staff
- Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
- Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
- Participate in exhibitions and Wedding Fairs, supporting both pre-event preparations and on-the-day execution
- Assist with post-event feedback collection and basic data compilation
- Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Based in Manchester, United Kingdom
- Prior experience in offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions is preferred
- Retail or store-based experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise independently with suppliers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Flexible to work on weekends and outside standard hours
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
