About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Event Specialists to support our bridal pop-up events in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Work Type: Hybrid (Remote for planning, Onsite for execution)

Pay: Hourly Wage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing pop-up events in the UK cities
  • Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners, including venues, logistics, equipment providers, and temporary staff
  • Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
  • Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
  • Participate in exhibitions and Wedding Fairs, supporting both pre-event preparations and on-the-day execution
  • Assist with post-event feedback collection and basic data compilation
  • Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Based in Birmingham, United Kingdom
  • Prior experience in offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions is preferred
  • Retail or store-based experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise independently with suppliers
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Flexible to work on weekends and outside standard hours
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK
