We are seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of pop‑up events across the UK. The role will begin as part‑time, with the opportunity to transition to full‑time after participation in live events and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and on‑site execution of pop‑up events
  • Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners (venues, logistics, equipment, temporary staff, etc.)
  • Manage event setup, operations and breakdown
  • Provide on‑site assistance during events to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience
  • Assist with post‑event feedback and basic data compilation
  • Collaborate with cross‑regional and overseas internal teams
  • Ability to manage a small team on‑site during events
Requirements
  • Candidates must be fluent in English. Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing) as an additional language is preferred but not essential.
  • Based in Birmingham
  • Prior experience in offline events, pop‑up stores, or exhibitions is preferred
  • Retail or store‑related experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to independently liaise with suppliers
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to fast‑paced, multitasking environments
  • Willingness to travel within the UK if needed
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK
