About the Role: As a Trainee Client Advisor, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients. Whether you have previous experience in insurance or are entirely new to the field, Marsh Commercial provides a structured induction program and opportunities to pursue chartered insurance qualifications. Once you’ve completed your initial training, you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling renewals, invoicing, and preparing quotes. You’ll also identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling, ensuring clients receive the best possible coverage. Your ability to provide prompt and efficient service will be key to maintaining strong client relationships.
