U coördineert zorg, stemt af met artsen en collega’s en draagt bij aan plan- uitvoering- evaluatie, met focus op patiënt en omgeving. U beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma logopedie, bent patiëntgericht en een teamplayer die zelfstandig kan werken.
