Jouw impact? Groot! Als medewerker van het operationele aankoopteam zorg jij ervoor dat alle ziekenhuisdiensten vlot hun werk kunnen doen. Je hebt dus rechtstreeks invloed op het dagelijks functioneren van onze zorgverlening.

Je verwerkt bestelaanvragen van interne klanten en volgt orderbevestigingen van leveranciers op. Je staat in voor de correcte administratie van contracten (vervaldata, prijsupdates, …). Je zorgt samen met de interne diensten en beleidsmedewerkers voor tijdige opzeg of verlenging van contracten. Je bouwt goede relaties op met collega’s én leveranciers. Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van aankoopprocedures en controleert facturen.

Je werkt nauw samen met beleidsmedewerkers van het facilitair departement en met de andere diensten zoals biotechniek, voeding, techniek, preventie, … Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van raam- en onderhoudscontracten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan mevr. Anneleen Devlaminck, beleidsmedewerker facilitair departement.

Een voltijds contract voor onbepaalde duur. Startdatum: januari. Plaats van tewerkstelling: Je bent bereid om te werken op verschillende sites, hoofdzakelijk Gent (AZ Maria Middelares) en Nazareth (De Prijkels).

Je communiceert duidelijk en bent een echte teamspeler. Je combineert een doenersmentaliteit met scherp probleeminzicht. Je hebt een stevige basiskennis van MS Office, vooral Excel. “maar” staat niet in je woordenboek.
