Actively seeking a Senior Product & Marketing Business Partner to support the current team, a virtual/home-based opportunity with Bristol being our UK HQ.

Key Purpose

Act as Senior Business Partner for sales channels and commercial propositions (in specialist sales) by delivering expert guidance and creating go to market plans to optimise commercial performance. Demonstrating own experience and business values as a guide to the wider team.

Operating as part of the wider team, use own skills and experience to create commercially focussed briefs for the delivery of campaign and brand activation activity. Manage delivery of customer events and sales team events to optimise engagement in all Product & Marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Represent Product & Marketing Planning & Strategy Team with key stakeholder relationships in the business.
  • Work with the Product & Marketing Planning & Strategy Team to develop plans for brand activation strategy and commercial performance.
  • Develop external relationships to identify opportunities for brand and commercial performance and drive continual improvement in knowledge across the team.
  • Use market research and gather customer insight to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Act as catalyst for sales engagement in product and marketing activities organising briefing events and communications materials to drive improved commercial performance.
  • Manage customer and industry influencer events to create opportunities for engagement.
  • Work with key business resources to develop planning of positioning and thought leadership content in line with strategic plan.
  • Manage supplier and agency relationships to deliver business objectives in line with company standards and policy.
  • Effectively manage activity plans within budget to ensure control of marketing expenditure.
Skills, Experience & Background
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and relationship development skills (ability to influence at all levels).
  • Background that illustrates track record of success in Marketing, Product or Proposition management.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications practices.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Experience of building business cases and commercial evaluation for strategic planning.
  • Strong business acumen with customer centric approach.
  • Good standard in IT literacy Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
  • Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
  • Organisational skills and project management.
  • Experience of supplier and/or relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
