Role
Remarketing Administrator
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our vehicle remarketing team. In this role you will provide a range of end of contract process and services that results in Ayvens vehicles being re-sold through targeted remarketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Remarketing and reselling the vehicles through various channels ranging from traditional auctions through to new digital channels serving both the trade and retail customers.
- Co-ordinating administration to ensure all vehicles are both processed effectively & efficiently.
- Managing a lean and effective supply chain with a real focus on ensuring partnerships and 3rd party suppliers contribute towards Ayvens business objectives (e.g. stock management, commercial propositions).
- Manage V5 processes within the team, to include Requesting, processing, documenting and distribution.
- Support the Remarketing Sales team in processing of aftersales Claims.
- Assist with Internal Audits, reviews and stock checks of site returns.
- Collate all relevant information required for Permanent Supervision Controls
- Identify and report on areas for improvement and non-compliance to agreed processes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in an administrative support environment
- Good communication skills i.e. face to face, telephone, e-mail, report writing
- Excellent organisation and problem solving
- Time management
- Good standard in IT literacy with particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good level of numeracy
