Due to the expansion of our Procurement function, we are looking for a Procurement Lead (Projects & Outsourcing) to join the Ayvens team on a permanent basis at our Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB) office. In this role, you will drive the UK outsourcing and offshoring agenda and help embed strong supplier management practices across the business.

You will lead the progression of the UK outsourcing and offshoring strategy, from business planning through to the day-to-day management of key outsource suppliers. You will support the wider Procurement team in strengthening supplier management, risk controls and governance, while acting as a key change lead during a period of transformation and integration.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Act as the Procurement lead for outsourcing and offshoring across the UK business.
  • Undertake detailed analysis and make recommendations on outsourcing strategy and policy.
