Role We are seeking a Marketing Customer Communications Specialist (12 month FTC) to join our dynamic team, offering a salary of £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) in a 12 month fixed-term contract role. In this role, you will: Manage the execution of customer communications across all channels (driver, client, and partner) while ensuring alignment with Ayvens\’ tone of voice. Maintain and enhance our communications library to support our customer service strategy and business objectives through regular review and improvement. Develop a deeper understanding of our customers by improving communications at all journey touchpoints in compliance with FCA regulations. Key Accountabilities As a Marketing Customer Communications Specialist, you will: Write and amend transactional message content for customers, collaborating closely with process owners and subject matter experts. Oversee the end-to-end process of executing customer communications, ensuring full sign-off and distribution in partnership with customer data colleagues. Maintain the communications library for all communications and templates, regularly reviewing them with business owners in line with company policy. Drive improvements in communications by transitioning to digital formats, including email communications and website updates, in collaboration with the digital marketing team. Support the business with ad hoc requests for external communications and amendments. Serve as the point of contact for tone of voice and brand guidelines across the business. Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong written communication skills and copywriting expertise. Excellent organisational skills and project management capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Skills And Experience Required/Desirable Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams). Familiarity with Adobe software. Previous experience in the leasing business (preferably with ALD or LeasePlan) is desirable. Knowledge of regulated financial services is a plus. Experience in a communications or marketing role is preferred. A-level English or equivalent education is desirable.
